HAMPTONS HOUSE

Situated on a rare, sprawling plot of land in the Hamptons, RAAD designed this “modern farmhouse” style house as a spec-house for a local developer. Using local vernacular for the house’s vocabulary, the house features some stunning moments, including a double height living room, a carved-out widow’s walk space with views of the sea, and a habitable bridge spanning the entry courtyard.
