FRANKLIN ST LOFT

On the first visit to the site, we noticed an attractive, original brick arch connecting two halves of this double-wide loft. After a bit of archeological probing, our suspicions proved true - decades of renovations had concealed a lovely brick arcade of repeating arches.

The arches became the focus of the design strategy. While one half of the loft serves as the main open public space, each arch is a portal leading to a new, different experience.
