To maximize the spatial efficiency of this duplex loft, RAAD Studio looked to the vintage toy collection of the owner to create a house informed by “the Transformers” cartoons. Nearly every piece of millwork in the space has a transforming, moving component, mechanically creating secondary uses for every piece in every room.
